A detailed fur shader

The shader is available in 8, 16 and 32 layer variants (having predictable performance impacts each)

All example images are taken with the 8 layer variant, which has proven plenty good enough for vrc.

NOTE: ALL toggles use [#pragma shader_feature] along with pre-processor directives. This means that if toggled off, the code will not be included at all in the shader snippet, and that means TOGGLES CANNOT BE ANIMATED AT RUNTIME. Use the present strength sliders to control features at runtime. Also, if you aren't using a feature, toggle it off to save performance.
